Skip Waste Types
There are several different skip waste types. It’s important to work out what kind of waste you’ve got, so you can get the right skip.
If you’re not sure what kind of waste you’ve got or which type of skip you need, take a look at what you can and can’t put in each type of skip. You can also view our tips and advice page for more information.

Hazardous waste
Hazardous waste includes things like batteries, medical waste, paints and solvents. This can’t be dealt with in the same way as other types of waste, so if you have any you want to dispose of, please complete an enquiry form with the quantity of waste you’ve got and where it’s come from.

Commercial waste
Commercial waste is waste that comes from a place of business rather than a home. It’s usually building waste and includes things like brick rubble, soil, rip outs and refurbishments. If you have any commercial waste you want to dispose of, please complete an enquiry form.
